YZM15 cylindrical roller

This machine tool is used for polishing and fine grinding of semi-cylinder and cylinder of optical glass, quartz, crystal and metal mould. Parts for rotary motion, polishing grinding tools driven by swing mechanism for linear reciprocating motion. Processing pressure can be adjusted by cylinder.

The machine has the function of polishing fluid circulation, stop processing and emergency stop. The operation is more simple and flexible, which can fully meet the requirements of high precision optical processing technology.

本机床用于光学玻璃、石英、晶体、金属模具的半圆柱面、圆柱面的抛光、精磨加工。零件作回转运动，抛光磨具由摆幅机构带动作直线往复运动。可利用气缸调整加工压力。
